I felt a purpose in starting Vitality and there were a few things that I wouldn’t compromise on. The quality of care provided to those we serve and building the best support team that empowers people to take ownership. That is why Vitality has such a strong meaning. The definition of vitality is “the capacity to live and develop” and nothing represents who we are better than empowering all of our people, to live out the values of Vitality. The logo of Vitality was built off an Enso, “an open circle can represent the beauty of imperfection and the idea that the Enso is not something separate but rather part of something greater.” We all might be on different paths in life, in different positions or different communities, but we all come back to the center, something greater.
